Massage Therapy

Many people lead busy, stressful lives and are realizing the negative impact this can have on ones’ health and quality of life. Massage relieves muscle tension and stress that can lead to headaches, repetitive stress disorders, insomnia and other common ailments.

By increasing circulation, massage can aid the body in eliminating toxins, speed up the recovery and healing process after trauma or injury and boost the immune system to aid in fighting illness. Massage can help with pain management and calm the nervous system, supporting better sleep patterns.

Massage is a wonderful tool for harmonizing the relationship between mind, body and spirit. Human bodies possess a natural ability to heal, and massage can help facilitate that process.

Swedish Massage

A combination of long flowing stokes and gentle stretching and kneading, with special attention given to all of those sore muscles.

Aromatherapy

Essential oils of your choosing will be diffused in the air, as well as infused into a luxurious massage oil or lotion. These pure botanicals have healing qualities exceeding just scent and skin benefits.

Deep Tissue

This is your therapist’s specialty, combining elements of trigger point, myofascial release techniques, and neuro-muscular therapies with resistance and stretching to soothe and rehabilitate those problem muscles.

Pre-Natal Massage

A nourishing and relaxing massage for the mother-to-be. We use side lying positions for extra comfort, and calming relaxing strokes to soothe those overworked muscles. Great for mom and baby!

Hot Stone Massage

Take the chill off any cold Wyoming day with a hot stone massage. Smooth basalt stones are used with a Swedish or deep tissue massage to help warm the muscles and relive tension. A very relaxing massage that will warm your body and leave you feeling like a new person!

Neuromuscular Treatment

NMT is similar to ‘trigger point work,’ wherein we are working on both the musculoskeletal and nervous system using a variety of strokes intended to get tissue to release, therefore decreasing pain and increasing mobility.
